Website and server logs
When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection and log data may be processed to deliver the site, ensure security and diagnose faults. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is deleted when it is no longer required for these purposes, subject to statutory retention or a specific security incident.
Contact and product enquiries
We process the information you provide in order to answer an enquiry and, where applicable, prepare or perform a contract. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, for general communication, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Shop account
For registration and account functions we process account identifiers, name, email address, optional contact and address details, assigned orders, shipping data and return requests. Firebase services supplied by Google are used for authentication and database operation. Processing serves account operation, pre-contractual communication and contract performance under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR as well as security under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Account data is kept while the account is active. Contract and transaction data may be retained longer where commercial or tax law requires it. Users may ask us to close their account unless retention duties prevent immediate deletion.
Recipients and transfers
Data is disclosed only where required for hosting, authentication, payment, delivery, professional advice or legal compliance. Service providers act under data-protection agreements where required. Where data is processed outside the EEA, an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are used.
Your rights
