Withdrawal right

You have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, send us an unequivocal statement, for example by post or email:

It is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

Following a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments received, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice. We generally use the same means of payment as in the original transaction.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of return. You must return the goods no later than fourteen days after your notice and bear the direct return costs. You are liable for diminished value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right may in particular be excluded for goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised. Other statutory exceptions remain unaffected.
