The website is provided by MIB Musikinstrumente Berlin, owner Robert Kellner, Martin-Luther-Straße 58, 10779 Berlin, Germany. These terms apply to use of the public catalogue, product enquiries and the MIB shop account.
Terms for the current website
These terms describe the current catalogue, enquiry and customer-account functions. A direct online checkout for instruments is not active.
Catalogue and enquiries
Product listings are non-binding and do not display prices. Availability information may change between stock updates. Sending an enquiry does not place an order and does not by itself create a purchase contract. A contract is concluded only after an individual offer has been accepted or a purchase is completed in the store.
Gift cards
The gift-card link opens the official SumUp purchase page. The seller, price, payment, delivery and redemption information shown during that purchase applies in addition to the statutory rules.
Customer account
Users must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials confidential. The account can display assigned orders, shipping status and return requests. We may suspend accounts in the event of misuse or a security risk.
Liability and applicable law
Statutory liability remains unaffected, in particular liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and mandatory product liability. German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection under the law of their habitual residence.
